We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

What we do not refund

• Sale items are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
• Pop-up purchases are final sale.
• Items returned without tags, worn, washed or damaged.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges apply to all refunds and exchanges and are the responsibility of the customer.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll arrange pickup and walk you through the swap.
